"Shame on you! Just received my 6 month bill and nearly had a heart attack ! $1016. for 6 months ! You have got to be kidding. No consideration for elderly on a fixed income, no claims submitted or being a loyal customer with multiple lines for over 35 years. My car is almost a year old with only 165 miles on it ! There should be levels on which insurance is based. I can understand the increase due to the tariffs (on again off again) but I guarantee your rates won't come down when the Mango Mussolini is out !"

"Unfortunately I had to cancel most of my Stare Farm policies due to a non renewal letter I received for one of my vehicles. Sara Entrono was very helpful and courteous during this process and said she would follow up in a few weeks to make sure everything was cancelled that was supposed to be and she did. When she called today we discovered that a condo policy that was supposed to be canceled was still in effect. She said she would take care of it and make the cancellation retroactive to when it was supposed to be canceled. She also said she would follow up again to make sure that it was actually canceled this time. Sara is very thorough and professional and a true asset to your Agency."
