"I contacted the office on a Friday afternoon for new coverage and Sara Entrono was extremely helpful, informative, and thorough.
She sent me everything to review and followed up with me promptly on Monday morning at 9:00AM as I requested. I was impressed! "Increased the rating since Carmine from the office called and followed through to take care of my policies. I'm looking forward for them to keep up and provide better service.
Since the rep that use to take care of our account has left the job, the whole branch has fallen apart. Its been two months and they haven't sorted out my premiums and payments yet. It takes days to talk to a rep. Even a month later the paid premium is not updated in their system. The lady reps are very rude. Too many notices of cancelations from DMV. For now its a complete chaos in this office."
