Customer Relations Representative – Insurance Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and prospects through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims follow-up
  • Recommend and cross-sell insurance products tailored to client needs
  • Build relationships that encourage trust and long-term satisfaction
  • Support retention by proactively conducting policy reviews and renewals
  • Collaborate with agency colleagues to ensure seamless client support
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Comfortable discussing solutions in a sales-oriented environment
  • Ability to remain calm, positive, and helpful under pressure
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (we’ll provide guidance and support)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
